To install:
- Run setup.exe
- Open Program Files\IP Change Notifier\IPChangeNotifier.exe.config
  - Update email addresses and smtp settings
- Open the Services Configuration
  - Windows XP: Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services
- Select IP Change Notifier
- Click Start Service
- To auto-run on system startup:
  - Right Click -> Properties
  - Change Startup Type to Automatic

To uninstall:
- Open the IP Change Notifier in the Start Menu
- Click Uninstall IP Change Notifier

To run from the command line:
- Run IPChangeNotifier.exe -noservice
