IPCAD - IP traffic accounting daemon download

IPCAD runs captures traffic on the specified interfaces (BPF, PCAP, divert, tee, ULOG, IPQ), and records the traffic for later retrieval and analysis. Traffic exported via RSH or NetFlow.
