Other additions & changes:
- The default
DEPLOYMENT_TARGETnow depends on the Xcode version in use. Xcode 27 fails the build when the deployment target is below its supported range, which broke every build that did not pass-DDEPLOYMENT_TARGET. With Xcode 27 or later the defaults are now 15.0 for iOS/tvOS, 9.0 for watchOS, 12.0 for macOS and 15.0 for Mac Catalyst (visionOS stays at 1.0). With older Xcode versions the defaults are unchanged. Passing-DDEPLOYMENT_TARGETexplicitly works exactly as before. Fixes [#231] (Thanks @botanegg!) - Mac Catalyst builds with the Xcode generator now default
MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGETto 12.0 on Xcode 27 or later (10.15 before), matching the new Catalyst default. Passing-DMACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGETstill overrides it. - The example app now targets iOS 15.0 so that it builds with Xcode 27.
