Not work

Has an issue saying the service is already created or in-use and deletes all of it's contents out of the installation folder. Unfortunately can't really test it further than that when it uninstalls itself.

Did not work for me on Windows 7 or another computer with Vista. Both gave Error 1001: The specified service already exists
