- Space weather: clearer offline/unreachable states. When the server can't reach the upstream sources (NOAA / HamQSL — e.g. a DNS failure), the flare-probability and X-ray panels now say the source is unreachable (with a check-network/DNS hint) and a banner appears, instead of misleading "No flare data" / blank panels. The data path is unchanged; the outage itself is environmental.
