It doesn't download photos from Instagram at all. It only gives you list of photo urls. I ended up downloading another free instagram downloader called Save-o-gram which is great and downloads both photos and videos.

Instagram Downloader is simple and reliable for getting Instagram URL's. The source code is incomplete though which makes it impossible to fully port it from Delphi to another language. Not happy...
