The .RData files contains R object with results from FlowClust from the corresponding K interval. For instance r_1_30 contains the flowClust results on the K=[1,30] interval. Results were separated in multiple files due to SourceForge file size limit.
The FCS files contain the starting sample (A_PBMC.FCS) and reduced sample (Cell_A.FCS).
The zip files contain clusters corresponding to K=23, K=38 and K=60 mixtures. Clusters are stored as individual FCS files.
