= = INSTALLATION = =

To install the game, simply extract the contents of this archive to a folder.

= = PLAYING COOP = =
The game at present is very limited and in an early stage of development. If you
want to try cooperative gameplay, expect nothing more than what is becoming of
a work-in-progress experimental roguelike.

Select the menu option for "Play Coop!" by pressing 'a' at the main menu. After this,
select a class for Player One, then Player Two. Class selection is navigated with the
letters 'a' - 'g.' Note that not all classes have full implementation right now: for
instance, the mage is really just a weak character who cannot wear armor.

The finished (or mostly finished) classes are the Cleric, Dwarf, Fighter, Hobbit, and
Thief.

Cleric - Heals more quickly than other classes. Can heal his teammate by
			"bumping" or moving into him.

Dwarf - Has access to the pick and big pick weapons. Can boost his teammate's
			armor rating by bumping him.

Fighter -	Has access to platemail armor. Can boost his teammate's damage rating
			by bumping him.

Hobbit -	Can swap positions with his teammate by bumping him; this does not use
			the teammate's turn.

Thief - Can occasionally move without unreadying, meaning the thief occasionally
			gains free turns.

The gameplay is only as deep as acquiring random equipment from chests and delving deeper into
larger, more ruinous floors crawling with armed humanoid opponents. This will eventually
be livened up with a system of player leveling and themed floors (haunted halls, webbed den, etc).

Player One - Controls:
	W - move north
	A - move west
	S - move south
	D - move east
	E - rest / skip turn

Player Two - Controls:
	Arrow Keys - move
	. - rest / skip turn

= = PLAYING SOLO = =
Mostly the same process for starting the game. Select the menu option for "Play Solo!" by pressing
'b' at the main menu. After this, select your class.

When playing solo, you gain 2 maximum hitpoints for every floor you descend. This helps you with
your tactical disadvantage of not having a teammate to use "bump specials" with.

Controls:
	W - move north
	A - move west
	S - move south
	D - move east
	E - rest / skip turn
