Highlights: Send Shooting Star and the corrected Balloons, Love, and Celebration screen effects, and safely retry attachment or sticker sends refused before dispatch.

  • Send Apple's identifiers for the balloons, love, and celebration screen effects, which previously sent identifiers Messages does not recognize and played nothing, and add shootingstar for Shooting Star (#368, thanks @kilianc).
