Import CSV into SharePoint download

Import a valid CSV file into an existing or new SharePoint 2013 list.

When importing to an existing list, you are required to map your CSV column to the column of the selected SharePoint list.

Importing to a new list requires that you select the data type (Number, text, html) of the column that will be added to SharePoint.
