FLOCK 1.0

This is the version in current ImmPort.

It is not the latest version since I keep udating the code.

To compile the flock1 executable, use the following:

cc -o flock1 flock1.c find_connected.c -lm

To compile the cent_adjust executable use the following:

cc -o cent_adjust cent_adjust.c -lm

Sample input files are located in the sample_data directory.

To run, use

flock1 ./test.txt
