    A bit tricky to set up - the IMGV_HOME environment variable is absolutely necessary for imgv to run, or else imgv will only run within its installation directory -, but otherwise seems like a good replacement for Win 7's built-in image viewer that randomly distorts the aspect-ratio of some JPGs.
