The Plugin Update. The plugin ecosystem — domain registry, img2 harness, plugin-served domains — ships as its own major, pulled forward from the original Procedural World bundle.

Breaking

• animated-character is served by the installed plugin-character (img2 add img2threejs/plugin-character, harness >= 0.2.3). The in-repo domain module is removed; without the plugin the profile fails loud naming what is available, and an in-flight workspace is refused while the provider is absent, resuming unchanged on reinstall.
• CS2 is extracted into plugin-cs2 and a domain is no longer inferred from the target's name — detect_cs2_intent and its 17-keyword table are removed; declare the domain (--profile cs2) instead.
• Local spec search defaults to core_3d rather than cs2; objectClass.cs2 is replaced by objectClass.domain: "<id>"; weapon-v1.4 no longer requires a CS2 marker to pass strict validation.

Added

• A domain registry (forge/_shared/domains/): in-repo modules and installed plugins register identically, --profile choices derive from what is actually present, and an unregistered profile fails loud naming what is available.
• The img2 harness (img2 install / add / list / doctor / sync / capabilities) owns plugin installation, host skill links, and drift detection across agent hosts.
• Pull-based spec augmentation with raise-only quality floors, the emission-target socket with provenance, and per-plugin blocking gates.
