  • Easy to use, comprehensive, and fits into my existing framework reasonably well.
  • I met this project by chance when SVG management was still embryonic but I also immediately understood that the developer would be able to obtain an excellent result. As a result, I have moved all my projects that used SVG to this library, and to say that I am excited about it is little.

  • A wonderful Graphics library for Delphi and FreePascal with the best support for SVG.

  • The is an Excellent library We needed something that would work with FMX because the industry & economics are definitely going multi-platform. It is the future. Image32 - more lightweight then the old Graphics 32 - compiled in FMX in Delphi Community Edititon10.3.3 - the latest version - without issues. All the examples (PC, MAC and Android - we haven't tested IOS yet) And the developer, Angus, was quick to respond to questions and with help. I have no negatives to relate except possibly more FMX examples and future focus by Angus on multi-platform application. I am sure we are going to find it very, very useful and recommend it for anyone looking for a graphics32 alternative that works with FMX.

  • Image32 is a lightweight, fast-growing and promising Pascal/Delphi 2D graphic library for drawing Text, Geometries, and Images. To the author of that awesome library, Mr. Angus Johnson, I wish all success with the difficult tasks awaiting him during his work!

  • We were looking for a pure Pascal 2D graphics library that we could run cross platform. TImage32 has been very useful for our needs. The main author, Angus, has been very responsive to requests and suggestions and we have found the code to be quick and easy to use in our projects. We have found a couple of bugs - in newly release code (specifically reading TTF headers) but by the time we reported this with a suggested fix Angus had already re-written that routine with an improved version. No regrets, I highly recommend this as a pure Pascal 2D graphics library.

  • I've just discovered this amazing 2D graphics library for Delphi, and soon realized that the ambitious goal of the author (Angus Johnson) is to replace Graphics32 - the most well-known and excellent Graphics/2D library for Delphi and FPC. Angus has been the long time contributor to Graphics32, and several GR32 extensions are currently in use in more than one of my software. While I already appreciate all the excellent work Angus has done in the past, and although by looking at the current status of the functionalities it's been quite mature and usable, I have a high hope on what to come in the future! PS, I noticed it compiles under Delphi 7 so it's safe to assume that in the future it won't be very difficult to add support for Free Pascal.

Thanks Edwin. Just to clarify, my goal wasn't to replace Graphics32, but to create a simpler alternative.
  • Magnificent graphic library, complete, clear, fast and very easy to use. Congratulations.

  • Glad to get this excellent and lighter replacement for the aging Graphics32 library. I just started to use it for the maintenance of a Delphi (XE3) project and will for sure use it for new projects. Seems also simpler to use.

  • Will be a good replacement of the orphaned graphics32 package. It is small enough to be rewritten in a language of the developers liking. Angus could help by providing some examples on how to use the package with Embarcadero c++...
