Along with base updates to core OS, this new release has got Bufferstack.IO IIoT Middleware Engine (BETA) based on Node-RED 3.1.9 with support for communicating OPCUA, Modbus, MC Protocol, S7 devices used in factory automation. Keep root user password empty during installation so that new user is automatically added to sudo group.
After installation, run - sudo node-red start to start the Middleware engine and open the IP:1880 in your browser to access the development environment

To view the node-red dashboard (if you install it)

Also included is MING (MQTT, InfluxDB, Node-RED, Grafana) stack for developing, testing, deploying Industrial Automation applications.
