rNA and mrNA are the aligner executable. mrNA is the MPI-ready version of rNA. Both programs are compilated by the same sources. Sources and executables are in "rNA-mrNA" directory.

grNA is a graphical front-end for rNA and it is disponible in "grNA" directory.
