Instructions:
Download and extract the zipped file. To run the program, just double click the executable. To stop the program, start windows task manager and find "Icons.exe" in the processes list; end that process.

IMPORTANT:
If nothing happens when you run the program, don't repeatedly try to start it!  Icons WILL be running on your system.  There is currently a bug where Icons does not work on certain computers (not based on 32 vs 64 bit).  Simply end the process via Task Manager.  Hopefully this program works for you.
