ibrain2 daemon
--------------

* Generic modules to wrap executables and run them one or multiple times (input file-based parallelization is available) 
* Output validation on cluster task and module levels. 
* Automatic input data staging 
* Enforcing of expected input dataset type before processing (optional) 
* Ability to limit the number of running parallel processes 
* Ability to recover from last known good state at restart after daemon stops/crashes 
* Supported queuing systems: SGE through DRMAA, LSF over SSH 
* Supported storage providers: OpenBIS, FileSystem
