I have Windows 7 Home Premium on my laptop. My laptop seems to own the internet. It doesn't matter anymore if I'm running wireless or plugged into network with a Cat5e Cable. Windows tells me that the installation didn't go correctly, but the program said the program said the installation was complete. Cannot find an IBM, Internet bandwidth monitor, or JPCAP anything on my computer except for the installation file.
