Internet Bandwidth Monitor (IBM_v 1.1)

The source code is in the BandwidthCalculator.zip and the required API's are in API.rar.(Some windows machine might need JpcapSetup-0.7.exe, which I have included here.)

There are some issues in this project. We are trying to solve these issues as soon as possible.
