Project Information

Hypersocket FTS aims to provide an easy-to-use cross-platform File Transfer Server with granular access control. Supporting FTP and FTPS out-of-the-box with the ability to connect to backend file systems using FTP/S and SMB (Windows). As with all Hypersocket Server products it comes with the ability to trigger tasks based on system events and also automate tasks on a schedule. For example its possible to move files from an incoming area to another file system based on your own custom rules.

The server can run anywhere you have access to a Java runtime (1.7+). It's built on Netty and uses Spring / Hibernate to provide a JSON API which is used by the web-based user interface built using JQuery.

You can use the built-in database Apache Derby or you can hook it up to MySQL, Postgres or MSSQL
