#7778 Removed deprecated code, including ConsumerProcess::$queue backward compatibility, forceIndexes() (use forceIndex()), str_replace_once() (use strReplaceOnce()), ClassLoader::loadDotenv(), GrpcClient::hanldeNaming(), the watcher legacy config fallback, and the deprecated RuleCollector, Tracer\Adapter\HttpClientFactory, Tracer\Aspect\JsonRpcAspect, and ViewEngine\Contract\Enumerable aliases.

#7768 Fixed bug that Hyperf\Validation\Concerns\ValidatesAttributes::validateMultipleOf cannot support float.
#7771 Fixed bug that gen:migration-from-database cannot work.
#7774 Fixed bug that Hyperf\Di\ScanHandler\ProcScanHandler cannot work.
