Historic Urban Modeler (HUMmer) developed and compiled on Visual Studios 2010 HUM.zip is the latest executable. HUmmer.zip will be upadated soon (many changes) Bison files: plan to eliminate this parser generator soon but it still needs to be on the C: drive These files need to be in c:\etc for HUMmer to compile.
