    For those of you looking for the latest release of this code try googling html2pdf and the website with the matching name and a .fr for france is the one - it defaults to French but has an English version by clicking the flags It includes some more if minimal documentation.

    I think that it is because the server (http://html2pdf.sourceforge.net) is APACHE 2 and the script uses the var "$HTTP_SERVER_VARS" and it does not work any more on APACHE 2, we have to use "$_SERVER" instaed of "$HTTP_SERVER_VARS". We must it in this fpdf.php.

    Clicking on the home page http://html2pdf.sourceforge.net is a broken link. Most of the links on the left side are busted. I can't even download it.
