    Current date always been set as a date of operation when moving money between accounts. Fixed.

    I have noticed that checkbox "do not close this window" on the main add/edit dialog 
    was invisible on windows 7 systems with Aero enabled due to larger controls. Fixed.

    - I have noticed that application was unusable in linux systems due to some difference 
        in swt_win and swt_gtk behavior and due to much larger GTK controls. 
        Program tested and runs well on ubuntu 14.04 now.
    
    - window and button sizes are now depended on host OS type. Linux has larger buttons to fit 
        icons and forms has larger sizes to fit controls in linux.
    - custom selection drawing is disabled for all tables in linux because it is not working in 
        linux on tables with scroll.
        I don't know why but all colours disappear when scrollbar is shown.
    - coloring method for table rows (zebra) is changed because old method does not working in linux
    - table columns resizing does not work properly in linux and I can't fix it now. As I understand 
        there is a difference in a moment of rising "controlResized" event for swt_win and swt_gtk tables. 
        Now I only changed default column sizes to get main table stable and working in gtk.
    - changed method of drawing color digits on the calc's buttons because old method does not work in linux
    - fixed error of opening a money transfer dialog when no default account.
