Api wrapper for .NET (mono on Raspberry) to talk to usb hid devices

Presented is a full-blown .NET API to enumerate and query HID devices on USB. As an example, data is read from a weatherstation, connected to a Raspberry Pi. All files compile on Mono (Makfile) and/or VisualStudio.
