PDF Export Complete Redesign
- Changed from old format to professional paper rota style
- Black header replaced with printer-friendly dark gray (#444)
- Week commencing date now in white box with black text (top right corner)
- Removed Job Title column - roles now shown as subtext under management names only
- Removed duplicate HRS and Sat columns
Layout Enhancements
- All staff members now displayed (previously filtered)
- Staff sorted with Store Managers first, then Shift Leaders, then others
- Day headers stacked: Day name on top (Mon, Tue, Wed), date below (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
- Removed role group headers and blank separator rows
Readability Improvements
- Shift times increased from 9px to 11px with medium bold (font-weight 500)
- Cell padding increased from 8px to 10px
- More printer-friendly colors throughout (#555 headers, #ddd borders)
New Features
- Total hours row at bottom of table showing total team hours
- Labor budget tracker footer displaying: Total Used / Budget (percentage) | Remaining hours
Result: Clean, professional, printer-friendly rota format that's easier to read at a glance and matches paper rota conventions.
