Version 1.2.0: 5 New Calculation Modules!

The latest update turns HCalculator from a handy tool into a powerful engineering powerhouse. We focused on expanding design capabilities by adding five completely new, advanced calculation tabs that will assist you in your daily work with fluid power systems.

New Features (New Modules)

Critical Buckling Force: Implemented an algorithm based on Euler's formula. It calculates the critical force and safe working load of the cylinder rod, taking into account 4 different mounting types (K Factor).

Orifice Flow Rate: An essential tool when designing valve blocks and CETOP manifolds. It determines the flow rate based on a given pressure drop, oil density, and flow coefficient.

Pipe Wall Thickness: A module based on Barlow's formula allowing for the selection of safe wall thickness for rigid steel pipes. It includes built-in parameters for popular materials (E235, E355, 316L).

Heat Generation: Instantly estimate the power loss (in kW) generated by oil discharge over relief valves or system throttling, significantly simplifying subsequent oil cooler sizing.

Filtration Efficiency (Beta): A new tool for evaluating filter quality. Based on the particle count upstream and downstream of the filter, it calculates the professional Beta ratio (β) and percentage capture efficiency.

UI Improvements & Bug Fixes

Expanded Navigation: Rebuilt the main tab bar to accommodate new features while maintaining full readability and interface responsiveness.

Extended Report Export: The new modules have been fully integrated with the native system for generating structured reports to the clipboard, PDF format, and PNG files.

Updated all language dictionaries (PL, EN, DE) with specialized engineering terminology for the new sections.
