VERSION 2.54 README

You MUST use boot code version 1.97 with version 2.54 software.

Check that you have the correct boot code by holding down the "Bank Hold" button while powering on your Poly-800. Keep holding down the "Bank Hold" button. You will first see "HA-800" followed by "b 1.97". If you do not see "b 1.97" then you will need to upgrade your boot code first before attempting to use software version 2.54.
