haskell-libcurl

This is intended to be a low-dependency, lightweight alternative to other haskell network libraries. It creates bindings to the ubiquitous libcurl library to perform standard HTTP requests.

Note there is another curl binding library which is [unsuitable for production use](https://github.com/GaloisInc/curl/issues/14).
