Updated all exams.
Added 2014 Technician exam and images.
Added 2012 Extra exam.
Removed 2008 Extra exam.
Removed 2007 Technician exam.

Release 1.2 (Sat, 04 Jun 2011)

Updated exams and image with all fixes as of 04 Jun 2011.

Allow multiple lines for the topics (subelements). Should show
multi-lines on linux, and horizontal scroll on win32. Updated
Tech test to put subelements on multiple lines.

Updated code to allow for multiple versions of exams.
Added 2011 version of General exam while keeping old version.

Updated README to reflect that win32 version must be built with at least
wxWidgets version 2.9. wxCheckbox multiline wrapping is not supported
before that.
