Add Spanish (Spain) localization (#23)
- Adds correct Spanish localization for the GUIs.
- The labeling (ES) stands for Spain, this way it won't cause problems to a future Latin American (LATAM) localization as they can coexist now that they are recognized as official locales. (by @Rekoiru in 86e956c)
