This Patch solves the error that causes a popup window in the Job Configuration portlet, and makes the job configuration impossible:

"It does not appear that the server is available for this application.
Please try again very soon.
Error: Object #<Object> has no method 'jqDock'"

To apply the patch just deploy the war file  using Liferay deployment possibilities into the portal, and initialize it by information/init.jsp.

The patch will be included in next 3.4.3 release.
