Note on changelog history (2026-05-22): Apologies — the unexpected migration from gsd-build/get-shit-done to open-gsd/get-shit-done-redux scrambled our changelog automation, and any auto-generated release notes here previously carried version numbers from the old repository. The numbering restarted at v1.0.0 with this move. Things will be clean starting with the next v1.0.1 release.

The list below covers the work that landed in the new repo through the v1.0.0 cutover.
