The Secure Workspace for Remote Work

Venn isolates and protects work from any personal use on the same computer, whether BYO or company issued.

Venn is a secure workspace for remote work that isolates and protects work from any personal use on the same computer. Work lives in a secure local enclave that is company controlled, where all data is encrypted and access is managed. Within the enclave – visually indicated by the Blue Border around these applications – business activity is walled off from anything that happens on the personal side. As a result, work and personal uses can now safely coexist on the same computer.

  • Note that the download default installs with an old OpenSSH 5.1p1 from Mars 2009. That is truly ancient and will be blocked from connecting to modern servers because it uses old and disabled algorithms. Packaging needs a big refresh for use stand-alone on any Windows machine.
  • thank you, I love RSYNC it's really a great tool that I use daily and find it with a gui I won't have to think about it and it's really well done. GG!
  • Thank you very much for the free open source program!
  • Pretty simple tool. Easy to use, but failed when it encountered non-Latin filenames (e.g. Chinese) and it didn't know what to do with it. So it looks like that it does not support UTF-8 in the filenames, but other than that, it's a pretty nifty little tool. Oh and P.S. I know that it's a problem with the tool because I have Cygwin 2.763 installed on my system and it was able to display the Chinese files just fine.
  • good job
