BrightGauge, a ConnectWise solution, was started in 2011 to fill a missing need in the small-to-medium IT Services industry: a better way to manage data and provide the value of work to clients. BrightGauge Software allows you to display all of your important business metrics in one place through the use of gauges, dashboards, and client reports. Used by more than 1,800 companies worldwide, BrightGauge integrates with popular business solutions on the market, like ConnectWise, Continuum, Webroot, QuickBooks, Datto, IT Glue, Zendesk, Harvest, Smileback, and so many more. Dig deeper into your data by adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing one metric against another. BrightGauge automatically computes these formulas for you. Want to show your prospects how quick you are to respond to tickets? Show off your data with embeddable gauges on public sites.

gPodder + Shows status of all episodes in a single view Selection and operation on all episodes in a single view Easy search-for-new podcasts feature Allows queuing up of new downloads rather than immediately downloading them Allows for nice flat folder structure for podcast locations c:\podcasts\ gPodder - Clunky process to minimze number of downloads in each subscription feed (but at least it can be done) Clunky process to select the download location Very limited tags for episodes (e.g., no podcast description, which this too even gets broken during updates) Verrrry slow in loading up (when you have many subscriptions) Requires separate app to minimize to taskbar Lousy support with separate login-> github (deletes raised issues with no explanation, terrible search features) Adds a junk file (folder.png/jpg/gif) to each podcast folder Deleting a subscription deletes the folder, even those episodes NOT downloaded by gPodder New subscriptions ignore existing subscription folders (creates new folder(2) location) Summary: I learned to love iTunes by really trying to make gPodder work. iTunes is slow in downloading because it writes a robust selection of tags to each episode. If you like tags on your media then avoid gPodder (I lost the opportunity to go back and tag many of my episodes since they expired before I discovered the limited tagging capability of gPodder).
