This directory contains stable and unstable releases.  Stable releases
have even minor version numbers (the second number in the version
string, i.e. "0.x.1"), while unstable releases have odd minor version
numbers.  Unless you know what you're doing, do not use unstable
releases!  They may contain bugs!

NOTE: If you downloaded the binaries between October 4, 2011 08:19:57
AM PHT (00:19:57 AM UTC) and October 5, 2011 09:30:00 PM PHT (01:30:00
PM UTC), the installer have some missing files which prevent the
programs from running.  The installer is now updated and should work as
expected.  Sorry for the mistake!
