The .zip file contains a "Readme.txt" file, 2 experiment data files ("testdata_cryo.mat" & "testdata_mix.mat") and 1 result file ("Example_Candidates_and_Results.xlsx"). In the result file, there are 2 tables, each containing the glycopeptides and scores that we identified for the 2 experiment data files.
To test gpAnnotate: i. select one data file (either "testdata_cryo.mat" or "testdata_mix.mat"); ii. copy scan number and glycopeptide SGP sequence to the corresponding boxes in the software interface; iii. hit "Annotate" to run the program.
