This release fixes a number of bugs.  In particular, the 64-bit Windows app
can now use more than 4GB of hash memory.  See Help > Changes for more.

NOTE: Soon after releasing 2.4 a nasty bug was discovered in
the 64-bit Windows app, so we've uploaded corrected versions of
golly-2.4-win64.zip and golly-2.4-src.tar.gz but we didn't
bother changing the version number.
