Current PC Version:
Golden Ratio Display Calc v1.0.4 Win32.exe
32-bit version works on both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows.
1508x932 doesn't work on Intel PC graphics, last I checked.

Current Mac Version:
Golden Ratio Display Calc v1.0.4.app.zip

Intel Implementation:
1) right-click desktop
2) select Graphics Properties
3) click Display
4) click drop down symbol by Display
5) click Custom Resolutions
6) click Yes
7) enter width, height and refresh rate
8) click Add
9) click Yes
older drivers: run "C:\Windows\System32\CustomModeApp.exe"

nVidia Implementation:
If creating custom resolutions doesn't work with the current driver, reverting to driver v353.30 may restore the functionality. It can be found at: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us .
http://www.unlockpwd.com/windows-10-custom-resolutions-nvidia-fix/ explains that custom resolutions were disabled after v353.30 for a time.

AMD Crimson Edition Graphics Driver Implementation:
1) right-click desktop
2) select AMD Radeon Settings
3) select Display
4) click Additional Settings
5) click to expand My Digital Flat-Panels
6) select Custom Resolutions
7) click New
8) enter horizontal and vertical dimensions
9) select GTF for Timing Standard
10) click Verify
11) click Save
