Changes for 4.0.4

• Added "non-commercial" license key.
• Fixed scrollbars not being able to scroll the diagram all the way to the edge of the document in browsers that use overlay scrollbars, such as Firefox on Windows.
• Fixed a rapid left-click followed by a right-click incorrectly being treated as a double-click, which also prevented a context menu from opening.
• Fixed tree collapse animation when collapsing multiple levels at once.
• Changed the defaults for the LinkLabelRouter extension to better hold labels onto the routes.
• Fixes for internal image cache when multiple Diagrams are using the same Picture.
