This is the GNU ARM Eclipse xPacks folder, where XCDL/CMSIS packages are published.

When installing the packages, configure Eclipse to use the following URL:

http://gnuarmeclipse.sourceforge.net/packages

This URL is forwarded to this folder and here are the stable versions published.

The second packages site is:

Here are published new versions, during development, and occasionally may contain broken code. It should not be used normally.
