    Found through an article in February Linux User Pro magazine. Totally amazing and addictive. Deb package would not install but source compiled and ran OK here on Ubuntu 12.10 The Linux Pro article though did not mention increasing the "Number of threads" in preferences which make a HUGE difference in render time on my I7 laptop.

    GTK is show stopper for me, don't want that bloat in my python packages. WX or Qt would be more sensible for Windows users, but oh my... I'll try it on Ubuntu when I have a chance
