Fixed
- Forking from Explore confirms once: the pane's fork card carries the result and its Clone button, and a toast steps in only when you have already moved on to another repository.
- On Bitbucket, the repository menu's Fork action goes by the workspaces you belong to, so it's offered on repositories from elsewhere and stays out of the way on the ones you already have access to.
- Repository settings name the reason a section failed to load: the message from GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket now appears under the error heading, so a permissions gap reads differently from a signed-out CLI or a network drop.
- Repository settings sections and lists keep their loading skeletons up while a fetch waits on a connection, so an offline or paused request reads as work in progress.
- The ruleset editor keeps a required-approvals count you type to a whole number from 0 to 10, and a stored count outside that range stays visible until you correct it.
- Workflow-run actions report their outcome even if you move on while they're in flight: re-running, cancelling, approving a held run, starting a manual job, or dispatching a workflow now confirms (or explains a failure) after you switch runs or close the dialog.
