Changed
- The markdown Raw / Preview toggle now covers a file's history, branch compare, and pull request files whose commits are available locally (for example after checking out the PR). File History and branch compare also gain whole-file syntax highlighting, and File History gains image comparisons.
- In the unified diff view, dragging across the line numbers now selects every changed line the drag crosses — added and removed lines land in one selection, ready to stage, unstage, or discard together.
Fixed
- Settings → About opens reliably, reporting your system details and the status of every command-line tool GitDesktop uses.
- Branch compare's image diffs now show the old side as of the branches' fork point, matching what the text diff compares against.
- Whole-file syntax highlighting now waits for the selected commit's or stash's diff to load instead of briefly pairing with the previous selection's.
