Highlights: Exact GitHub IDs and retryable portable-store initialization.
- Preserve newly fetched GitHub numeric IDs exactly across REST and GraphQL syncs, including IDs above the floating-point precision limit. Previously stored IDs are not repaired.
- Stage initial portable-store clones before publication so failed Git clones leave the destination unchanged and initialization can be retried.
- Update CrawlKit to v0.16.1, x/sys to v0.48.0 (thanks @dependabot), terminal-width and Go support dependencies, and the deadcode checker; retain Go 1.27.1 and SQLite's required libc v1.75.6.
