The open-source Java-based OMERO software was customised to provide most of the features of this project. Included is the backend customisation to incorporate collection and media metadata, a catalogue to display these collections without the need to log in (automated login), publishing and other necessary functionality. This add-on would be useful to those in lab groups who are looking for a concise way to organise and display their image collections to the wider web while maintaining access control over private collections. This also allows additional metadata fields for both the images and collections. For installation and configuration instructions please read:- DeveloperManual_v1.x For the user guide, please read:- UserManual_v1.x
