I- Compilation
fileinfo.new is the 2nd version of fileinfo which was used in an internal project.
For easy generation please install MinGW (via MSYS2 for more convenience) if you are generating for Windows plateform.
It compile under any version of Windows (CygWin, MinGW, Win32,Winx64), all flavors of linux and Unixes.

II- Usage

./get_rc_info <libName>
Ex:  ./get_rc_info.exe libfileinfoversion.dll

Sample output cf. file: fileinfo.jpg for windows sample output.
Output will be the same under Linux (others as well).

The source code can be modified for scripting purposes.
