The file openerp.ini contains parameters to import journals, accounts and moves from a database OPEN ERP.
These data must be in a PostgreSQL database, reacheable from your workstation. 
You will need PostgreSQL drivers, see gestinux installation.

You have only to enter the server name, the database name, a postgreSQL username and it's password.

You can't retrieve a hosted database to which you have only a web access. For this, you will have to extract the data in text files and make another set of parameters.
