Excellent low-overhead program that does all I need to review Gerber 274X files, and as part of my tool chain for converting these to laser printed artwork on Mylar for prototype PCB fabrication. Users should note that exported .bmp files are at 96 dpi, not 72 as reported in file properties. For higher resolution artwork export from a 600% (or greater) zoom and change the resolution in your favorite graphics editor by 96 x 600% / 100 and then resample at your printer's native resolution (typically 600 dpi). My favorite graphics editor is Photoshop. I've tried a whole bunch of other Gerber Viewers including commercial offerings and quite frankly Gerber View wins hands down. Note that I've not sought user support and I don't really expect this for open-source shareware. I've rated this as 3 to be mid-range.
